This package provides a "first look" video review of your website and marketing materials by a small focus group of 2-3 people that could be potential clients of your business. They will give their honest opinions of how your site compares to your competition and how easy it is to navigate or find the content that would lead them to further contact you. You will be contacted for additional demographic and target audience information and your video production could take 8-10 weeks depending on shooting schedule and availability of "potential client" focus groups.

The secret shopper review could occur anytime within 6 months (to maintain the element of surprise) from purchase and will appear to be a local bride, groom, event planner, or corporate client. Their phone number will be local, their online profiles will appear legitimate, but they will be working for us - to ensure your communication, response rate, and professionalism are all on point.

There is no true way to discover how to improve your sales ability than to be reviewed in an unsuspecting manner. You will be contacted after your purchase to discuss the limits of your secret shopper (do you agree to a recorded phone call, do you want to share your video or audio recording and summary with others in the industry, etc.).

With both the focus group and secret shopper contact, you control the information. We'll never publish or share your information without your written approval.
